With ASA SQT

WHAT IS ASA SQT? For Australian users: please choose English (Australia)

With ASA SQT our goal is to offer you the possibility to increase both process efficiency, turnover and customer satisfaction, especially with the new Vehicle Health Check (VHC) module:

  • Conduct Vehicle Health Checks (VHCs) on a mobile device with your customer
  • Issue quotations to your customer based on the VHC results (predefined inspection or recommended repair menus)
  • Start ASA SQT from ASA, ASA WEB or from your DMS

How to get started

Initial settings for ASA SQT Administrators

Enter initial settings to initialize ASA SQT.

  1. Login to www.myASAsqt.com with your ASA account data
  2. Enter initial settings:
    1. VAT and currency symbol
    2. Labor rates for inspection and repair work
    3. Select an Expiry period for the Offer
  3. Click on "Enter SQT"

Result: You can now start using ASA SQT

Additional Settings: Add your own oils and other fluids

Add your own fluids to the predefined menus.

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to Custom Parts
  3. Add your own fluids
  4. Go to Parts Assignment
  5. Assign your fluids to predefined specs

Result: Your fluids are now shown in the predefined menus

Conduct a Vehicle Health Check (VHC)

Conduct a Vehicle Health Check with your customer on your mobile device.

  1. Enter VIN
  2. Click on "New VHC"
  3. Follow the checklists
  4. Finish and let customer sign off
  5. Send the VHC report to the customer

Result: Completed VHC that can be shared with your customer

Create a quotation

Create a quotation based on the VHC result or predefined inspection or recommended repair menus.

  1. Select from predefined inspection or recommended repair menus (depending on VHC result)
  2. Enter customer details
  3. Finalize quotation
  4. Send quotation

Result: Finalized quotation that can be shared with your customer

System requirements

  • Internet connection
  • Win10 PC or higher, mobile PCs, Microsoft Surface or tablets
  • Minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768px.
    Recommended: 1440 x 1080px
  • Supported browsers: current versions of Mozilla, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Chrome. Recommended browser: Chrome

License fees

  • The first ASA SQT licence is part of the ASA CAPS Main license.
  • Additional ASA SQT licences cost same as additional ASA licenses.

  • What models are covered?

    ASA SQT covers the most common used models. For a detailed overview please check the latest Model Coverage Overview in the Download section of www.myASAinfo.com after login.


  • What menus are available?

    ASA SQT follows the global Mitsubishi service schedules and offers the most commonly used repairs.


  • Are all VHC items linked to a recommended repair menu?

    Not all checklist items are linked to a corresponding repair menu or recommendation.


  • Can I add additional labor categories and hourly rates?

    Yes, in Settings --> Dealer Settings you can add additional labor categories and hourly rates.
